Description:
Let’s expand our ideas of the dynamic, expressive body. All dance forms deal with the same materials: effort, shape and weight. Through the lens of the baroque era we apply these tools while tapping into the nuances of physical sensation and rhythms of early ballet technique. Emphasis is placed on swing, momentum, and spiraling actions.
This is an OPEN CLASS to Advanced/ Professional dancers of all dance backgrounds- not just baroque dancers.
